The Koncz Gallery Ltd. was founded in 1989. It is a private gallery he adquarted in Debrecen, the second largest city in Hungary.
The company is focused on contemporary Hungarian fine arts (original oil paint
ings, watercolors, pastels, graphics and small sculptures). It offers outstanding paintings, works of art of the 19th century - first half of the 20th century, too. It has available for selection works by some of the most important Hungarian artists and by young talented artists starting their career as weIl. It features international artists, also (among others from USA, Japan and Romania).
In addition to the solo and group exhibition program in Hungary, the gallery is a continuóus presence with contemporary Hungarian fine arts abroad. It has organized exhibitions in the United States of America (New York, Washington
D.C., New Brunswick, San Diego and Los Angeles), Japan (Tokyo, Toyama, Osaka, Niigata), Romania and Israel and has participated at international fairs in Belgium (Gent), Germany (Bremen) and Tokyo.
The company provides a large variety of custom and ready-made wooden frames for paintings, photos, prints and drawings.
